Reading Programs Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Reading Programs Referral Program (the "Program"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Reading Programs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

• Employees, affiliates, and partners of Reading Programs are not eligible to participate.

• The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. How the Referral Program Works

• The referring participant ("Referrer") shares their unique referral link or code with potential new customers ("Referred User").

• The Referred User must use the referral link or code to sign up and complete the purchase of a Reading Programs course.

• Upon successful completion of the Referred User’s purchase, both the Referrer and the Referred User will receive their respective rewards.

• If the Referred User refunds and does not complete the purchase in the applicable time frame, the reward will be retracted. 

3. Rewards

• The Referrer will receive a $30 Amazon Gift Card for each new family they refer who completes a purchase.

• The Referred User will receive a $30 discount coupon to use toward their first Reading Programs course.

• Rewards are issued only after the Referred User has completed their purchase and any applicable refund periods have passed.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make, but referrals must be valid and in good faith.

4. Reward Distribution

• The Amazon Gift Card will be sent to the Referrer via email up to 47 days after the Referred User's purchase is confirmed.

• The $30 discount coupon for the Referred User will be applied at checkout when they use the referral code.

5. Restrictions and Limitations

• The Referred User must be a new customer who has not previously signed up for or purchased any Reading Programs courses.

• Self-referrals (referring yourself) are not allowed.

• Referrals cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

• If a Referred User cancels or requests a refund, the associated referral reward may be revoked.

• We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

6. Fraud Prevention

• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent transactions, will result in disqualification from the Program.

• Reading Programs reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity and take appropriate action, including withholding rewards or terminating participation in the Program.

7. Representation and Warranties on Creatives

• Referrers may use only approved marketing materials provided by Reading Programs or create original content that is truthful and not misleading.

• The use of deceptive, offensive, or inappropriate materials is strictly prohibited.

• Referrers represent and warrant that any content they create does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

• Reading Programs reserves the right to request modification or removal of any promotional materials that violate these terms.

8. Modification and Termination

• Reading Programs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

• Any changes to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting.

9. Privacy

• Participation in the Program is subject to Reading Programs' Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
